Every visa, ID and permit renewed before it lapses

In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, one employee can carry a residence visa, an ID card, a work permit and health insurance, each with its own date. ExpirySuite's Gulf PRO packs set up 9 UAE and 7 Saudi document types for your employees, vehicles and premises in one click, and show what is missing. Before anything expires, the responsible person gets an email, and managers hear about anything overdue.

What it tracks

How it works

  1. Set up the pack. Choose Gulf PRO — UAE or Saudi Arabia in Starter packs and click Set up; the documents become expected on your employee, vehicle and premises records.
  2. Add or request documents. Upload a file and AI suggests the dates for you to confirm, or send the employee a secure link to upload it without an account.
  3. Get reminders. Emails go out 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry and on the day; overdue documents are escalated to managers 3, 7 and 14 days later.
