What can I track?+
Any document with an expiry or renewal date. In business workspaces: documents for people, vendors, vehicles, equipment, contracts and locations. In personal and family workspaces: passports, insurance, inspections, property documents and more.
Do external people need an account to upload documents?+
No. When you request a document, the recipient gets a secure link for that one document. They upload it without signing up, and your team reviews it before it counts.
Can ExpirySuite read expiry dates from documents?+
Yes. When you upload a document, AI can suggest the document type, issue date and expiry date. You review and can edit every suggestion before saving — nothing is saved automatically.
What happens when a document expires?+
It shows as expired, and if it's a required document the record is marked not compliant. Managers get overdue reminders after 3, 7 and 14 days, and you can renew it or request a new one in one step.
Can I assign documents to team members?+
Yes. Each document can have a responsible person, who receives its reminders and sees it under My work. Urgent issues that nobody is assigned to are highlighted for managers.
Can I export compliance reports?+
Yes. On the Business plan, owners and admins of business workspaces can export report lists as CSV files and print a compliance summary or save it as a PDF from the browser.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 15 documents and 1 user, with no time limit and no credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel online at any time under Plan in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace returns to the Free plan.
What languages are supported?+
ExpirySuite is available in 11 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Arabic. Emails arrive in each person's own language.
