Billing questions
How are documents counted?
Each document counts once, whoever it belongs to: a person with three documents uses three of the plan's documents. There is no charge per person, vehicle or user seat, so the document count is what to compare with other tools' "items".
How does the 14-day trial work?
Start free, then choose Pro or Business under Plan in the app. Checkout asks for a payment method; the first charge happens when the 14-day trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months — you get 2 months free. Pro is $190 per year and Business is $490 per year.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Everything you already have stays. To add more documents or users, upgrade your plan or remove what you no longer need.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime under Plan; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you're charged for the first time and change your mind within 14 days, we refund that payment in full.
Which currency do you charge in, and what about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe is the Merchant of Record and adds any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout.
